Found this strange creature in my dogwood tree!

I've seen some absolutely stunning B&W photos of Dalmatians on Flickr, so I tried to take some of Dottie. I didn't get the effect I was looking for, but I got one that shows how sweet she is.

My latest Nettlewood story -- "What's Wrong with Grandma?" -- has been accepted by KidVisions! It will be published in the September 2006 issue.
